Our Credentials

Sustainability

Like you, we are passionate about the environmental sustainability. By using energy more effectively and intelligently we can help in providing a sustainable environment in a cost efficient way.

Air conditioning, heating and ventilation can use a huge amount of energy. In fact, air conditioning can increase a building’s energy consumption and associated carbon emissions by up to 100%.

ADT energy can help minimize these costs and advice through surveys, reports and payback analysis.

Quality

90% of our work is through existing customers giving the confidence and peace of mind to the client.

Our design team are full accredited in all aspects of design and ADT Energy reinforce this by our willingness to take on specialised and bespoke projects, which cater for all clients requirements.

Quality management is undertaken by our dedicated project managers throughout the contract ensuring that the installation is completed to the highest level.

Health and Safety

All Health & Safety within the workplace at ADT Energy is managed in house.

Site management is consistently monitored by ADT Energy utilising these principles:

Organising
Underpinned by effective staff involvement and participation.
Sustained by effective communication and the promotion of competence on site.
By identifying early, any underlying causes and implications in the design.

By ensuring we have selected the right contractors from our preferred contractors list. Part of this selection process means ALL contractors are required to meet a minimum level of competence in relation to the health and safety on site.

Planning
Our aim is to minimise risk.

Risk assessments are used to decide on priorities and to set objectives for eliminating hazards and reducing risks.

Wherever possible, risks are eliminated through selection and design of facilities, equipment and processes.

If risks cannot be eliminated, they are minimised by the use of physical controls or, as a last resort, through systems of work and personal protective equipment.

Measuring, Auditing and Reviewing Performance
Determining the immediate causes of sub-standard performance.

On site appraisals by both internal and external audits [External advisor/CDM Coordinator – Integrated Health & Safety Ltd]

Reviewing performance using KPI’s.

Analysis of the project upon completion.
